This story started long before my sons were born. I first set foot in Costa Rica in 2008. During a six-week house sit in the jungles of Uvita, a powerful clarity emerged: if I ever had children, this is where I would raise them.
My boys were born in Canada in 2010 and 2012. By the end of 2015, we made that conviction a reality. We sold everything, packed our lives into a few bags, and moved here. We've been here ever since.
Now, our life is measured in jungle hikes, waterfall discoveries, and the quiet lessons of the natural world. My mission is simple: to raise my sons into strong, capable, and sovereign men who know how to navigate the wild, both outside and within.
